About the Continue Mission Program

Rebuild the Systems That Drive Performance

The Continue Mission Program is a 4 to 6-week program designed for individuals who have spent years in high-demand environments, such as the military, athletic, or leadership backgrounds, and are dealing with the cumulative effects.

VHP’s program uses a holistic approach to performance through recovery with the goal of rebuilding strength, restoring resilience, and helping individuals to perform at a high level with greater consistency and confidence. Our coordinated team of experts and licensed professionals integrates five core modalities: strength and conditioning, performance nutrition, cognitive training, body work, and chiropractic care.

The Founding of the Continue Mission Program

VHP was founded by Alex “Ollie” Oliver, a former member of Naval Special Warfare with over 21 years of distinguished service. While on active duty, Alex was instrumental in developing the human performance program within NSW, helping operators optimize battlefield performance while also maintaining resilience and readiness in extreme conditions. After a career defined by relentless deployments and training cycles around the world, Alex experienced firsthand the physical, mental, and emotional toll that high-level service can take.

As he prepared and struggled through his own transition out of the military, Alex recognized that the long-term health needs of Special Operators were often addressed in fragmented ways. One piece of the puzzle here and one there, with extended time gaps in between, didn’t seem “optimal”. Many operators dealing with chronic pain, declining physical capabilities, sleep disruption, cognitive fatigue, and nervous system stress were left without a unified system designed specifically for them.

In response, Alex founded the VHP “Continue Mission” Program. Or more affectionately known as “Charlie Mike”. If you know, you know. The vision was to create a facility dedicated to restoring and optimizing the health of high performers. The Continue Mission Program brings together experts in strength and conditioning, performance nutrition, brain injury and speech pathology, chiropractic care, myofascial release, sleep, chronic pain, and breathing-based nervous system regulation to address the full spectrum of physical, cognitive, and emotional performance.

Built to serve the Special Operations community, the program also supports athletes, executives, and other high performers who want to maintain their edge and perform at a high level for years to come.

The Framework Behind the Mission

VHP’s 5 Pillars of Performance and Recovery

Strength and Conditioning

Strength & Conditioning

Our Strength and Conditioning model is built on individualized, one-on-one coaching and precision programming tailored to each client’s history, goals, and current capacity. We work with high performers, including those managing complex injuries or persistent pain, to rebuild strength and expand movement options. The result is durable physical capacity that supports long-term performance, consistent training, and sustained high-level function.

Nutrition is a key component of the Continue Mission Program

Nutrition

Our Nutrition Program provides individualized coaching aligned with each operator’s goals, medical history, biomarkers, and performance demands, and provides structured meal support. Our Performance Dietitians address nutrition strategy, sleep, autonomic downregulation, and habit development to improve the way each operator looks, feels, and performs. Body composition testing at the start and end of the program ensures objective measurement and targeted adjustments.

Cognitive training for high performers

Cognitive

Our Cognitive Communication Training provides individualized intervention for active-duty service members and veterans with a history of head injury who are experiencing challenges with memory, attention, executive functioning, communication, and problem-solving. Our certified Speech-Language Pathologists deliver education and guide clients through practical, goal-driven strategies and activities that promote neuroplasticity and cognitive health. This program is designed to strengthen cognitive skills and support functional improvement in everyday communication and thinking.

Manual therapy at VHP includes body work

Body Work

Manual therapy at VHP utilizes a whole-body, hands-on treatment model to address soft-tissue restrictions impacting mobility, pain, and autonomic function. Licensed therapists evaluate and treat fascial, muscular, and postural dysfunction to restore movement and support recovery. Integrated throughout the program, manual therapy improves functional capacity and overall physiological regulation.

The Continue Mission Program includes personalized chiropractic care

Chiropractic

VHP’s chiropractic approach begins with a comprehensive examination, including X-rays, neurological and physical assessment, and computerized nervous system testing to identify the underlying causes of pain and movement limitations. Our Chiropractor develops a tailored treatment plan and performs scaled adjustments throughout the program to promote structural alignment, improve posture and movement, and reduce pain. By looking beyond symptoms and addressing root causes, chiropractic care enhances nervous system function and supports sustained recovery and performance.

Rebuild. Refocus. Return to Peak Performance.
