VHP is built from the ground up on the principles of utilizing measurable indicators to track health and performance from the initial baseline through cycles of enduring refinement. Upon entry in the “Continue Mission Program” each operator undergoes a variety of baseline assessments that identify their current markers. From this baseline, VHP’s team of experts are able to dial in all aspects of their training program, identifying areas that require critical interventions and balancing them for each operator’s needs. 

As operators transit the program they continue to receive assessments which culminate in a battery of exit assessments in which progress is charted and pathways outlined for each alumni’s continued success.
