INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAMS
The VHP Strength Coaches are Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists. (CSCS) Each person is assigned “their” Coach for the duration of the program. They will sit down on Day 1 with their Coach who will design a program based off their goals and needs. Each client will do full assessments on day one and two to identify deficiencies in movement and compensation patterns before they are ever put under load.
Biomechanics and Strength goals can include reducing chronic pain, improving specific injury sites range and mobility, increasing quality of sleep, enhancing general aerobic conditioning, increasing strength and endurance, gaining lean muscle, losing fat or even improving vestibular issues. We will also teach you how to apply our techniques and programming so you can carry on what you’ve learned after your program with us ends.
